WPRemix – Change In Ownership
R5 Ltd has now taken full ownership of WPRemix
Users, Developers And Affiliates
Paul here, Project Manager for R5 Ltd that will be overseeing WPRemix and our other WordPress related projects in the future.
First, just a few words about R5 Ltd. We’re an ambitious, new and growing company specializing in webmaster services and online digital marketing and advertising with a heavy emphasis on blogging and new social media.
We are hugely excited to announce that we took full control of the WPRemix site last month, but we first got our hands on the site at the start of this year where we made a number of quick and crucial changes!
We’ve listened to market feedback, and we knew we had to clean up the customer service issues. We have set the wheels in motion for this and have employed an excellent customer service and technical team who are looking after the site and all your customer service needs. We’re exceptionally grateful to have them on board and thank them for their continued hard work.
We’ve also doubled the affiliate commissions on our affiliate program to a whopping 50%! Again, we’d like to thank all of our affiliates, past, present and future for their excellent hard work and if you ever need to get in touch with us here at the head office, feel free to get in touch with me personally at paul@r5ltd.co.uk.
I would also like to take a minute to thank Bhavesh on behalf of R5 for his extraordinary work on the WPRemix product and for selling us this impressive website. And I would like to echo Bhavesh’s recent blog post by confirming he will continue to be involved in this project in the background and his distinctive creative and technical abilities will always be put to good use!
So having taken a look at the recent past of WPRemix, it’s now time to look bravely forward to the future of this website. What are we going to be doing over the next few months?
There’s a full time technical and support team in place now to improve customer service and any tech issues that arise and they’re also hard at work on the next version of WPRemix which should be launching in the next few weeks.
We’re also hard at work growing the WPRemix affiliate program and increasing our presence online as well as looking at additional features and services to add to WPRemix so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Another area we’ll be concentrating on in the near future is the customer service and support. We know there have been issues with this in the past and we have already invested a significant amount of money, time and energy in improving this. To this end, if you feel any area of the service has not met your needs or expectations, please feel free to contact me directly at paul@r5ltd.co.uk. I can’t help you with specific support issues (such as “where is my password”) but if you have had any problems with your experience and order process, and have a constructive comment or suggestion to make, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Hot off the heels of releasing WP Remix 3.0 we’ve put together some new tutorial videos to help you get used to the new interface of WordPress 3.0.1. This first video (posted below) shows you how to install the new WP Remix 3.0.
WP Remix 2.3 is Available NOW!
The WP Remix team is proud to announce the release of WP Remix 2.3. This latest version is now compatible with WordPress 2.7, and will be shipping with all new purchases of the WP Remix theme.
Please note that WP Remix 2.3 is for use with the final version of WordPress 2.7. If you’re using a 2.7 beta or a 2.7 RC (or WordPress 2.6 for that matter) you’ll need to upgrade to the final version of WordPress 2.7 before installing. If you have not yet done that, you can do so here.
BEFORE you upgrade, however, be sure to back up your original theme. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you download or copy your existing theme folder before you upgrade just in case you run into any issues.
We’re also very pleased to announce our new Member’s Area. This area has been created to give you online access to your purchases, and all existing purchasers should have already received an email about this new feature. If you did not receive a login email from us, please contact us via our contact form with your payment e-mail address.
We’re looking forward to your feedback on WP Remix 2.3. We’re very pleased with the integration into WordPress 2.7, and we’re already hard at work on the next version — so expect more great stuff from the WP Remix team in 2009!
