Wordpress 2.5 compatibility
As almost all of you might be knowing, the wordpress announced new latest version 2.5 just before few days with some good features.
I have tested the wpremix theme and it works completely fine with the latest version and no changes are required in the existing theme.
I would suggest the users to upgrade to latest version to use the super cool admin panel and new features.
Update: Remix Editor Plugin
It has been a while since the Remix Editor was originally launched and then dropped off. Then came the new version 2.5 of WordPress and again the coding has to be changed. Being not a good programmer myself, few personal issues and other reasons, the plugin issue was never solved.
However, I do have a good news for you all. I tried contacting several good plugin developers and finally, found a real good developer who could help me with this. Right now, we are halfway to the project and I hope to release the beta version of the Remix Editor Plugin on June 30th for selected few. Then on, I do hope to release/send the complete version of the plugin on July 15th or earlier. I would request the interested existing buyer to contact me via mail who are interested in beta testing.

Update: Remix Editor plugin
Just before few days I mentioned the wp-remix plugin will be ready for beta-testing at the end of this month. However, I have a better news. We just completed and tested the plugin successfully on our server. That means I will be sending the theme for beta testing to those who said they are interested in beta testing this week itself. All I need to do is write documentation for the beta testers.
Oh yes, one more good news is, the wpremix theme will have the plugin built into the theme. So, you do not need to take pain of installing the plugin. Simply activate the theme and it works!

Update: FAQ on Next version of the WP Remix theme and RemixEditor Plugin
The response to my last post asking suggestions for the next version of the WP Remix is quite good and inspiring. Most of the comments has not been published in order to keep the ideas secret unless I come up with the next version. As discussed with the RemixEditor plugin developer, the plugin will be ready for private alpha testing in two days. Once I will check the things, the plugin will be sent to the selected few beta testers.
I have got few comments/mails asking for clarifications on the next version of the wpremix theme. I would answer most of the questions here that will help the current customers for sure.
- Do the current customers get RemixEditor Plugin for free?
Yes, all the current buyers will receive RemixEditor plugin for free along with the change log and Tweaked wpremix theme. - Do the current customers get free upgrade to WP Remix 2?
WP Remix 2 will be prized at a bit higher price. However, the current version buyers will need to pay only the amount difference to get the next version of the theme. - Will be the difference in code between current version and next version of the wpremix theme?
Yes. It will really be almost impossible to publish the change log as it will have better, strategic code, more and better templates etc. To make the theme work as CMS in ideal way, the code will be written to work best with the remix editor plugin.
